I had said this before and I will say so again.
Voter Fraud or Ballot Tampering should be punishable by death.
I mean that, sincerely.
Guess what? For the first time ever I have received two census forms. One has the correct address, and one has a slight variation in the address that still allowed it to be delivered to me. If I filled both of them out, and then sent both of them in, then I imagine that I would be counted twice. Did I mention that live in a very democratic state. Now imagine this happening with mail in ballots.
In 1996 I ran for the State Senate. Got creamed.
One precinct’s results were 100% for the other guy. So I drove there. The whole precinct was a nursing home.
Someone in the mailroom had confiscated all the ballots, filled them out, and sent them in.
I remember in 2008 a guy in Oregon reporting that he called his local election office because he found a pile of ballots (around 80 as I recall) on top of the mail box station in his 4-unit apartment complex. They were all addressed to hispanic names in the apartment where a lady in her 80s lived. The election office wasn’t interested; they said it was a case for the post office. He called the post office and they didn’t care either. He ended up throwing them away.
Here in Oregon one halfway house had 32 votes come out of it and students always get ballots both to their parents homes and their dorms at college. We call it fraud by mail since it is easily scammed. No telling how many Mexican votes are counted.

And now you know how the Democrats swept out every Republican office-holder in the Houston area in 2018. This explains why they push so hard for vote-by-mail and using the stay-at-home orders as a premise to commit more fraud.
I was in charge of elections for a few years in the ‘80s. If procedures now are similar to then, it seems that voter fraud would be like taking candy from a baby.
Voter rolls have (1) Name (2) Address (3) Party affiliation.
A completed ballot is mailed in, with name and return address on the envelope.
Office staff receives it, checks it against voter roll, and decides if it goes in the pile to be counted, or in the shredder.
Mail in voting and Ballot Harvesting is how they will get over the finish line. I don’t think Biden worries them. They may like a dead fish president. The real president would be whoever is vice with Nancy and Chuck. Defeating Trump would be climatic but they will easily settle for keeping House ,steal Senate,make Trump lame duck and then REALLY blow the brains out of the country in 2024.
In certain areas of the country mail is not delivered to a residence but to a post office box holder. Any ballot so addressed should not be allowed because the recipient’s resident citizenship cannot be proven.
