Here’s Byron York with some declassified court papers indicating that top Justice Department official Sally Yates learned about the phone call between Michael Flynn and Russian Ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak from President Obama himself during a meeting in the Oval Office in early January 2017.

There’s nothing even slightly illegal about the incoming Nat Sec advisor calling a foreign ambassador in the weeks before the inauguration.
Obama say there is. I remember CANDIDATE Obama in October of 2008 Going to Iraq, and telling them not to sign a SOFA agreement with Bush because he was going to win his election in about 6 weeks and wanted a different agreement.

Flynn may have been at least a legitimate person of interest in a U.S. investigation.
Obamugabe will say he learned all about it when he heard it in the news, like all the other times the most transparent president ever proclaimed.
Maybe I’m missing something here. Why WOULDN’T Obama be one of the first ones to know about this, if (hypothetically) it was part of a daily intelligence briefing?
0bama was a third-world dictator wannabe. The USA was to be his third-world country. Flynn was a problem for him so he was dealt with in a third-world way.
