It is important to understand why obozo ordered the investigation to stay open. According to Dan Bongino May 4 podcast, on Jan 4, Flynn (well-versed in intelligence operations) in a meeting with Comey asked a question about the dossier.
That tipped Comey off that Flynn knew the Russia-collusion story was a hoax, the spying on candidate Trump, criminally using FISA, ... all was going to be uncovered with Flynn in the WH with Trump. Trump at that time had many people around him who did not know how DC and its agencies work - except Flynn. And Flynn, who was fired by obozo in 2014, was not happy with the politicization of certain agencies by the demonkraps.
The FBI (not sure who) cleared Flynn of Russia collusion on Jan 4th. But 7th Floor Strozk intervened to keep it open. How did Strozk know it was going to be closed? Who gave him the order to keep it open?
On Jan 5, the infamous meeting took place between obozo, biden, comey and susan “by the book” rice. Comey had to report what Flynn said to him the day before. (It would be interesting to know when the Jan 5 was actually scheduled). They schemed the Flynn take-down which happened on Jan 24. Obozo’s hands are all over it.
