"We meet on a regular basis through webinars with doctors at the ICUs at all of the hospitals and we have not seen this to date, said New York City Health Commissioner Oxiris Barbot at a news conference on Wednesday. To date, we have not heard of ways in which the coronavirus has been affecting childrens cardiovascular systems, Barbot added.
But on Thursday, New York State Health Commissioner Howard Zucker acknowledged the state was aware of a few cases of kids with a toxic shock-like syndrome potentially connected to the coronavirus. He did not say exactly how many or where but said it was an issue he had discussed with hospital medical directors and health officials in other states.
On Sunday, UK health officials issued a warning about a possible link between COVID-19 and serious inflammatory disease in children, after at least a dozen children with the coronavirus there developed secondary illness and shock.

The key here are the words: “may be”, which means there is an equal chance that “may not be” is the reality as well. So it’s pure speculation at this point
This is so predictable. America’s enemies, foreign and domestic, are desperate to keep the life-wrecking, country destroying, lockdowns going.
“For the children!”
This disease is one of those that is not understood by pediatricians.
Kawasaki disease is the boogeyman to pediatricians, he said. Its extremely difficult to diagnose. Even with the most astute clinicians, we have a hard time figuring out who has it and who doesnt. Esper says the main indicator of the disease can be found in the heart. Coronary artery aneurysm, or a dilation of the coronary arteries, is what distinguishes Kawasaki from any other inflammatory disease.
So if anyone has kids in the age range that could get this keep in mind what I said about that IFITM3 test.
Jet Travolta’s mother claims he had it and that was what was wrong with him. She wouldnt admit he was on the autistic spectrum.
There are just some diseases that not a lot is known about
When I was diagnosed with Vasodepressor Syncope they didnt know much about it. Decades later they finally think it might be inherited
You don’t know one way or the other. What’s with the wise attitude?
“..They intend to milk this crisis for all the can possibly get out of it....”
Well, they paid good taxpayer money to the CCP to develop and release that crap. They’re gonna do everything they can for as long as they can to get their money’s worth out of it.
The SOBs need to be jailed.
You can’t trust anything they say anymore..

Each and every one of these traitorous bastards needs to be LOCKED DOWN in GITMO
Permanently
“potentially connected to the coronavirus”
yeah, pretty soon EVERYTHING is going to be POTENTIALLY connected to C-19 ... anything to keep the fear and panic going by the fake stream enemedia ...
MSM needs to hurry and ramp up the fear before more states “slip” out and start returning to more normal economic activities. Likely, MSM/Dims are running out of time to stoke sufficient terror. Keep your heads down as more (scary prognosticating) is likely to come.
Didn’t acute flaccid myelitis come from south of the border? I believe it’s fairly well known there and has been imported to the U.S. — as have many other diseases that were previously unheard-of or eliminated here. Latent TB, for example, explains the high WuFlu rate among immigrants in NYC and northern Italy.
Is not toxic shock caused by a bacterial infection? Covid is viral (non-living).
Isn’t this apples and oranges?
Doctors Fear Rare Illness Sickening NY Children May Be Linked to COVID-19:
Good thing it’s rare
[[He did not say exactly how many]]
Why not? What’s the big secret? Something this big there should be facts-
Generate more fear and MONEY.
[[Something this big there should be facts-]]
Correction “When someone claims it is a big issue- then facts should be available to verify if it is or not— why hide the facts? By not saying how many- it is akin to having ‘anonymous sources’
Wow, that’s interesting. Thanks for the link.
Looks like a possibility. Wonder if any of the doctors have mentioned this? Certainly not the ones they interviewed for this article. Hmm...
Another possibility... Kawasaki disease
