And not one mention of competing with non-citizen visa workers to get their job back or to get a new job. Not one mention of cheap foreign labor via H-1B, H-2B, L1, L2, and other worker visa programs that will be vying for the same jobs and lower wages. These unemployed American workers will find getting new work even harder than getting on unemployment. Hopefully they will hold people accountable in November.

Amazing how unprepared the states were for the extra millions of people filing. Sounds like the Obamacare website issues.
Did all state governors’ IT staff not have enough time to get ready? Not enough funds? Seems like no state was prepared for the unemployment rush. I’m pretty average on technical knowledge so am interested in how these things fail at such high levels of government.
