You’re going to just LOVE the new America.
Where business owners will be arrested and fined for working.
And mothers will be arrested for bringing their children to a park.
Winslow, Arizona police recently released body camera footage of the arrest of a hardened criminal business owner.
“We don’t want you to feel like we’re harassing you.” – Winslow police.
“If you’re open for business we have that right.” – Winslow police.
Arizona, a state of 7 million, has had 208 coronavirus deaths this year.
This is an shocking video!

Gov. Doug Ducey had declared a public health emergency because of the coronavirus outbreak in March. Later that month, he issued a stay-at-home order, prohibiting any business not deemed essential from conducting in-person business.
But several people complained to the Winslow mayor when Authentic Indian Store, which primarily sold Native American jewelry, stayed open well into April, police said.
The body camera video shows police contacting the owner, 71-year-old Daniel J. Mazon, on April 11.
As soon as the officers walk in, Mazon starts recording them with his cell phone. When officers tell him he can’t stay open, Mazon argues that he is in compliance, saying he changed his license name to “Indian Department Store.”
He told officers he was now selling hay, paper towels, water and food, which officers noted were just candy bars.
“I get one or two people a day – corona bologna,” Mazon says as an officer looks at his store license.
Police said Mazon had been warned twice about keeping his store open, once by the Winslow mayor and once again by police, in the days before this incident. The officer says in the body camera video that these warnings came after the store license was issued on March 24.
Did you see a girl in a flatbed Ford?
What did you think of the murder of Daniel Shaver?
That "judge" literally has no constitutional standing, and in an ideal world, would be arrested and thrown in a dirty prison for life for attempting to deprive We, the People of our Natural Rights.
Maybe Im not reading that statute correctly, but how does the provision on account of such person being an alien (etc.) apply here?
"Judge" has literally no constitutional authority to do that. I hope you have a hell of a lot more than $500, and are willing to bite the bullet and speak to the ACLU. That "judge" will wish they never went to law school.
Can you still stand on the corner in Winslow, Arizona or is that illegal, too?
This guy did what I think gun shops should be doing.
They have a resale license.
Go to Costco and buy up Cokes, Towels, Sanitizer, Candy, Sandwich meats, cans of tuna/chicken, Top Ramen and on and on.
Now you are selling essential services
This ain’t right.
Guy adjusted his business
Lawsuit in 1,2,3...
OMG
LOL
Hey now, take it easy...
Around here the cops shut down a bunch of Game Stop stores. One of the managers went to Best Buy and bought a few keyboards which he prominently displayed beside the cash register.
When the cops showed up to shut him down he pointed to the keyboards and said “We sell computer supplies”.
Cops left him alone and the store is still open.
Particularly where evidence seems to be growing that the public transit systems operated by the government are a major cause of infections and spreading the epidemic in urban areas such as New York.
*** “Cops dont have to enforce illegal laws” ***
Just repeating what I read...
Have a good friend that makes his living suing Cities and Counties and making his clients well off.
We are opposites Politically but we agree 100% on how County Judges (in Texas they are called Judges) and Mayors can choose who to ruin and what parking lot is now closed etc
I have figured how to turn my phone into a recorder and send it to YouTube at the same time w a single finger press ...
PD can have all of the failing Vest/Body cams they want ... mess w me and they will get Likes/Unlikes and Comments that they can respond to in Court where a “Real Judge” will have access to the actual Narrative
This is how it begins.
“Cops dont make the law they enforce it.... the courts decide.... this guy will be acquitted and should be able to sue the state government.”
Yeah, that principle of yours worked out so well for the Weaver family, the kids at Waco, and the people who died in the Holocaust.
“They’re just following their orders and you can take it up in court!”
Tell that to the dead.
