Over half of likely Arizona voters surveyed said they’d choose political newcomer Mark Kelly over current seatholder Sen. Martha McSally in their race, according to a poll released Wednesday. Kelly, a Democrat, led McSally 51%-42% in the OH Predictive Insights survey of 600, with 7% undecided. The cellphone-landline poll of 600 contacted April 7-8 had a margin of error of 4%.

Weak candidate, and that’s being generous. See the link in #48. It doesn’t say much for a person that they’re clueless about threats and capabilities on a plane that they flew (supposedly in combat). This isn’t me that’s talking, this is coming from A-10 pilots. It’s well know that as a military officer, she was very weak and required constant supervision. As a squadron commander (picked for political reasons), her deputy ran the squadron and she was just a figurehead. As for her highly questionable rape accusation while she was on active duty, names and dates or it didn’t happen! She’s talking like she’s still a young lieutenant that’s afraid for her career, WTF?

Yep. Having been an Air Force civilian, her reputation in the A-10 community is terrible. Even the female pilots can’t stand her. They feel like McSally has set them back in a lot of ways.

Barry Goldwater at the end of his career in the 90s couldn’t hold a candle to the “Conscience of a Conservative” Goldwater of the 60s. I lived in AZ in 1987-88 and saw the weirdness that is the AZ GOP. Best example was electing Evan Mecham, a Mormon who couldn’t even be saved by his magic underwear from being removed from the governor’s office by impeachment.

Mark Kelly is one of the biggest gun grabbers in the nation. He is a major topic of discussion at the gun stores.
McSally is the candidate, can’t change that. You can stamp your feet, throw a tantrum and be angry about it, but it is what it is.
She wasn’t my first choice for that spot, but I didn’t have a say in it.

By the way, the same exact poll has Biden leading Trump 52%-43%. Do you believe that? That would be a massive swing since 2016, and it is completely out of line with other state polling for the President.
