The notion that a hyper partisan anti-Trump operative could even get past the first day of Voir Dire to become the jury foreman is absurd.
Grounds for not just an appeal, but Berman Jackson to be thrown off the federal bench.

I don’t understand the legal process, when someone requests a new trial, and provides evidence to back up their request, that the same Judge who oversaw the sham trial, is then allowed to decide whether a new trial will be granted. It seems like a stacked deck, not a fair hearing that would lead to an unbiased decision.

She is covering her own ass, she is clearly corrupt and biased. This juror should have never been seated and this verdict should be set aside. But, that will never be done by this trial judge, she is worse that the juror.
