ANNAPOLIS, MD—As the COVID-19 crisis escalates in the National Capital Region, Governor Larry Hogan today issued a Stay at Home order to protect public health and safety. The order, which takes effect at 8:00 p.m. tonight, states that no Maryland resident should leave their home unless it is for an essential job or for an essential reason, such as obtaining food or medicine, seeking urgent medical attention, or for other necessary purposes.

He said that, and a mask order, and then mumbled about testing and contact tracing, and then, at the very end slipped in that he would make an announcement early next week about re-opening Maryland.
Gee, that’s the same time Pres. Trump will be talking about the same thing.
Now that it’s time to return to a more normal situation, this idiot is imposing a draconian measure. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

This is old news - we have had a stay-at-home order for a few weeks. There are so many exceptions that it’s almost unenforceable. No one is being stopped from going out. And if you ever do get stopped, just say you’re going to the store.
It’s time for Trump and Pence to speak out against this. Loud and clear.
