PRC moral turpitude forces us to consider the unthinkable.
We often ascribe a basic level of humanity to even the cruelest leaders, but People’s Republic of China leader Xi Jinping’s actions have forced us to rethink this assumption. Although the emergence of the novel coronavirus now known as SARS-CoV-2 was probably not due to China’s actions, the emphasis that its authoritarian system places on hiding bad news likely gave the disease a sizable head start infecting the world. But most ominously, China’s obsession with image and Machtpolitik raises serious questions about its lack of moral limits.
At some point the Chinese Communist Party learned of the epidemic and made a decision to hide its existence, hoping it went away. Exposés in Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post and the Chinese mainland’s Caixin show that the information that did flow out of China early in the crisis did so only because of the courage of individual Chinese people in the face of government repression. People in the Wuhan epicenter, however, began to get wise — and scared (here and here) — by the end of December 2019, forcing their government to say something. The authorities gave the impression of a nontransmissible disease already under containment. We know now this was entirely false, likely designed more to ease civil unrest than protect the people.
The mayor of Wuhan even suggested that the central government prevented him from revealing details about the epidemic until January 20. Considering the first public announcements came out of Wuhan on January 1, we can assume that Xi had a sense of the danger prior to that.
Clearly, downplaying the disease wasn’t working and it was time for the Party to get serious. But how serious? Would it provide full cooperation to the international community? Would being seen as the source of this virus hurt its international image? Beyond these, there was a darker dimension: the more Beijing cooperated, the less the disease stood to affect other countries. This includes countries China sees as a threat to its existence, like the United States. Why should China suffer the effects of a pandemic while others stayed safe — and increased their strength relative to China — based on China’s own costly experience?
Such a question is of course inimical to human decency. And yet we must consider that Xi Jinping has produced the greatest program of ethnic cleansing in the world today. He has curtailed freedoms in China severely and is the father of the panopticon state. His incessant military buildup threatens neighbors while using economic and other subversive means to erode the sovereignty of countries around the world. We should not assume it was beyond his imagining to withhold a degree of support from the international community to ensure that China would not suffer alone.
Strong evidence supports this idea. Hearing the World Health Organization (WHO) repeat and praise the Party line while giving short shrift to health advice until quite recently has alarmed many. Seeing Beijing sell defective wares and claim it as humanitarian aid has angered many more. Spreading disinformation during the crisis and hinting at using life-saving goods for leverage (original here) — while denying even the faintest hint of wrongdoing — I suspect have ruined China’s reputation for some time to come. In short, China’s good offices have been reserved almost entirely for burnishing its image at the world’s expense, while calling it “the greatest kindness and good deeds.”
None of this can prove whether or when Xi made a deliberate decision to withhold information in order to imperil others. However, as a long-time student and admirer of China, it is with great sadness I must concede that such a state — and its increasingly paranoid leader — might very well provide less than full cooperation to stem the pandemic of the century in the crass pursuit of its own interests. This may constitute biological warfare. But even if it doesn’t Xi should be brought to account for his other crimes against humanity.

No tinfoil involved. Coincidence that the ChiComs withheld information about the danger while planes were flying Chinese throughout the world. When I wear my tinfoil shoes I wonder if the whole thing was premeditated.

A scientific explanation for the source of the COVID19 virus is, IMO, the responsibility of the civilized world. If China refuses to participate in an open investigation conducted by an international group, they ought to be embargoed.
The risk of not determining and dealing with China’s negligence or criminality, and it’s one or the other, is to put freedom in grave danger. There are few things that are worth the chance of war, and dealing with a monstrosity like the Chinese regime is one of them. They will not stop until they are convinced the responsible nations of the earth will not submit to their hegemony.

No way the Chicoms did it by accident; look at how it helped them: * Population reduction, especially elderly * Hong Kong protests ceased and they could kill off protesters and say it was virus caused * Helps lower their Yuan value, helping their trade * Pounded our economy and PDJT, especially if Dem leaders/Brennan/CIA helped them.
Look at who benefits...no way it is by accident. The editorial you are reading (4/15 Wednesday’s show, 1:15pm), the guy writing it has to give PDJT the advantage of conveying to the Chicoms that we don’t think they did it on purpose (saving face for Xi); much like PDJT has to say discussions are going well with Xi, etc.

DUH of course they did it on PURPOSE..before they spread it to the world, they let it out to their people to see if it works, when they realized it was a winner they let it out for the world. Notice they did NOT allow anyone from Wuhan to go to Beijing, Shanghei, Shenzchen, but they allowed them to travel to the US, Italy, Spain, etc etc..this was done on purpose for 2 reasons, #1 to destroy the world’s economy, China knows that once this is over the world will come begging on their hands and knees for China to make products for them

The world makes a stand and states that under no circumstances will they trade with China untill the Entire communist governemnt resigns and China converts to an open democracy.
Rather strange considering this is a Chinese virus.
This spread a lot quicker and broader than it seemed it should have, almost as though someone sent travelers around the world to escalate the rate.

Have you seen the movie 12 Monkeys? It’s bizarre but I really like it.
Not to give too much away, but at one point a passenger is being booked at an airport and the desk attendant is impressed by his itinerary. I don’t remember exactly but it was something like, “Los Angeles, New York, London, Rome, Cairo, Mumbai, Beijing, Tokyo. That’s quite a trip sir!”
The question is, why would China release a lab engineered virus when they are trying to conquer the world via the Belt/Road Initiative? Those two things would appear to be at odds with each other.
If China did release the virus (and it certainly appears that such a conclusion is reasonable), is it possible that there are two competing factions at work in China, each struggling to take control (i.e., the Belt/Road people fighting against the biowarfare scientists for domination)? One faction wants an economic takeover and one wants to start a war.
Does anyone here thing the Communist Chinese, criminal deep state and or the globalist are too ethical or honorable to pull this off in an effort to destroy Trump and the U.S. economy? Do these organizations give two-sh*ts about killing a million people in China? Do they give a rip about killing people in Italy and or the U.S.? And what happens in about 8 months? Arguably, the biggest most important critical election in U.S. history.
From my perspective, this epic coincidence reeks like a 3 day old homicide scene.

Is there a difference? I think one is owned by the other.
That is a very interesting questions. Which makes one wonder, if not, then why not? We have more infections in other parts of the world than the two main, richest cities in China where most of their elites live? If the virus is not there, it makes one wonder, did they have a vaccine that was given to residents of those cities????

I got the same when I posted the Joshua Phillips documentary about the origins of the CCP virus. I also think I’ve been shadow banned because have gotten almost no response from the posting.
Zuckerferg is in league with the Chicomms $$$ And FB minion nazis are out in force these days suppressing the truth. I do wish there was a way to get the truth out to average people who don’t sit around reading Free Republic all day.
If this was all intentional, why did the ChiComs decide to infect Iran and Italy first? Why not Japan, Taiwan, Russia or the U.S.?
