Three tubs of ballots for Oshkosh and Appleton have been discovered at a mail processing center in Milwaukee, according to the Wisconsin Elections Commission and a state senator.
The discovery emerges as would-be voters across the state express a host of frustrations about absentee ballots they tried to avoid going to the polls amid the coronavirus pandemic. Many have said ballots they requested long ago did not arrive by Tuesday, the deadline for getting their ballots postmarked.
"I learned today that the (state Elections Commission) received a call from a postal service worker informing them 3 large tubs of absentee ballots from Oshkosh and Appleton, were just located," Republican Sen. Dan Feyen of Fond du Lac said on Twitter.
Meagan Wolfe, the administrator of the Elections Commission, said she is looking into the situation. She said she has not determined whether the ballots had been on their way to voters or already filled out and on their way back to clerks.
"We don’t have answers on that at this point," Wolfe said during an online media briefing.
Feyen wants the commission to go to court to give the voters a chance to have the ballots counted, according to his office.
Getting such a ruling will be exceedingly difficult because the U.S. Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision Monday ruled absentee ballots must be in the hands of clerks by election day or postmarked by then to be counted.

Or before election day. Period. If you can't vote on Election Day you shouldn't be voting. Period.
I would guess that neither of you stalwart citizens have been in the US military stationed overseas or an employee working overseas or a relief worker or missionary overseas during an election.
Someone who requested an absentee ballot months before the election. An absentee ballot that arrived too late to vote, or never arrived at all.

With mail-in ballots, the mailman gets to know your party affiliation, and can act accordingly.
I take my completed ballot directly to the post office drop box.
We know how it works. A truck pulls up to the elections office with boxes of ballots and no chain of custody. Of course, 99.99% of the ballots happen to be for Democrat candidates.

Eliminate all digital and early voting (except for military). Every vote tied to a legitimate ballot given to an identified citizen. All incidents of fraud are prosecuted under FEDERAL law at the highest sentence punishable (up to death), starting with those election boards and clerks whose incompetence has allowed fraud to happen.
Waupaca and Outagamie counties. Pure Republican turf.
Those should be the ONLY exceptions to mail in ballot voting.
There also needs to be something in place for people who fall ill and are hospitalized on election day.
Democrats will be rebranded as the “Mail Fraud” party. They can’t prosecute millions.
Yeah, voting by mail is a good idea. Especially if Democrats can use cemetery addresses for voters.
i’m sure most/all of those ballots are for demonRat candidates. Every single election, they seem to “find” a cache of uncounted ballots...and no one seems to care
It’s time to privatize the US Mail. Being a strict constitutionalist, I recognize the US constitution gives the federal government the power to ‘Establish Post Offices and post Roads.’ It doesn’t say how they are to be run. Either amend the constitution to eliminate this power or privatize by law.

NO Exceptions, even for Military. Just have their ballots cast separately and tallied by MP’s. Set aside and sent in to be counted after the local counting is finished.
If you have one exception, others will find an excuse to have others. If you don’t or can’t make it to the polling place, your vote doesn’t count. If you are out of the area, state or country, you don’t care enough about your country to have a say.
Now make election day a national Holiday.
In Fox Point, the village received anywhere from 20 to 50 undelivered absentee ballots per day for about a week. In the week leading up to the election, that figure increased to 100 to 150 ballots per day, Village Manager Scott Botcher said.
On the morning of election day, Fox Point Village Hall received a plastic mail bin with 175 ballots that never went out in the mail, including a number of Glendale ballots.
The ballots are unopened and unmarked. They don’t have a “return to sender” stamp or any type of explanation attached to them, Botcher said.
Every time they received a batch of absentee ballots, village officials immediately drove the ballots back to the nearest post office, at 5651 N. Lydell Ave. They asked post office supervisors what was wrong with the ballots, but they did not receive any explanation.
“We’re not sure why this happened,” Botcher said. “Nobody seems to be able to tell me why.”

This is how the dems took the house in 2018. It’s also how Bama won in 2012, and maybe in 2008. How they get away with this crap every election is unbelievable.

Easy to determine. If the Ballots arrived at the Post Office before election day they are probably all votes for the Republican that were conveniently lost. If they are NEW ballots they are all for the Democrat and should be immediately counted.
This is why the November election cannot be all Mail in. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.
