“by mistake.”
Suuure.

Continous CF
When faced with a monumental crisis, the big question to ask is — how can I make this worse?

Who, having authority to route patients, did this evil?
Something is not right since they could not locate any Corona virus free patients to transfer. Now that they find some people, they just happen to be infected?! This looks like New York hospitals are trying to make President Trumps offer of help ineffective.
This is yet another case of TDS.
That ship was contaminated when the first NYers stepped onboard. Keeping it clean is a pipe dream.
Frank Burns eats worms!
who made the decision? who knew and went along with it?
