Uh - everyone should think about this. A lot of that equipment may be operated on computer networks that will have access to not only every person’s medical records, but information about other critical health infrastructure. And if it’s coming from the Russians, assume that there is an ulterior motive - you can bet your last dollar that there are trapdoors, spiders, and Trojan horses embedded in programs required for those machines to operate. Beware of Greeks...or in this case, Russians...bearing gifts.
