As for contra-indications, I expect that as with any combination of meds, the doc and pharmacist will take a look at what you’re on.
One can go online themselves nowadays and type all of their meds into a site to see the dangers and what level of danger they pose.
If one is that ill that they cannot, a family member can poke into it or at the very least ask the doc and/or pharmacist quetions.
The old and sick are dying.
Give these poor folk the medication.
Not blindly. But give it to them.

There is something deeply seriously sick about expecting unrepentant inveterate liars to ever tell the truth about anything. This is absolutely right. The media deliberately tried to discredit Trump by claiming that people died after taking it when they had taken pool cleaner. That was a deliberate and intentional lie, done with complete awareness.
