With ballot harvesting as part of the bill, doesn’t this guarantee continued Democrat control of the House? All the seats that the Democrats narrowly won in 2018 will suddenly have 100% turnout rates once all the harvested ballots are turned in.

Here’s the takeaway from my coworkers watching this:
1. Politically, he had to sign this bill.
2. Politically, for better or worse, he owns this bill now.
More than a trillion dollars of the bill is for bailing out businesses and corporations. Politically it was impossible to cut out all the other stuff for people just to bring it down.
