This change made it “culturally acceptable” to be trans-gender, despite the medical and psychological consequences. Ben Shapiro frequently notes in his speeches that the suicide rate has not changed significantly before and after surgery. That is the surgery does not make them happier. Now we find out that trans-gender people have heightened risk from COVID-19.
Sadly, this is yet another bad consequence from a poor initial choice. Note that obesity is also a co-morbidity. This virus is an equal opportunity infection. Some have better immunity than others, partly by genetics and partly by good choices.
Nothing was done because they shrouded they disease in social justice mantras. Kinda like how we are told we shouldn’t profile Muslims when trying to find terrorists.
