Ah, this was an easy call.
I’m in the lower half here when it comes to smarts and I called this yesterday.
NYC is on double secret probation lockdown and I’ve been going anywhere I want.
I see no one getting pulled over and asked where they’re going.
There American lockdowns and then there’s Chinese, indian and russian lockdowns.

Hong Kong has quarantine camps for people that don’t obey.
Returning college students are given a wrist band. They can be arrested if they are seen on the street
The locals are helping the police in this.

I’ve been working in the bay area every single day for these 11 days .... What's it doing to the indigent population? The intuitive thing to think is that they should be dropping like flies. Somehow I don't think that's been happening.
