Early Tuesday morning, President Trump continued to signal that it is his intention to re-open the U.S. economy and get Americans back to work sooner rather than later. Repeating yesterday’s theme that the government can’t afford to implement a draconian “cure” that is worse than the China Virus, the President issued the following tweet:
Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump Our people want to return to work. They will practice Social Distancing and all else, and Seniors will be watched over protectively & lovingly. We can do two things together. THE CURE CANNOT BE WORSE (by far) THAN THE PROBLEM! Congress MUST ACT NOW. We will come back strong!

For an investment community hungering to see a bottom reached in the stock market indexes, this is a crucial moment in time. There is no way the markets can find their bottom when they have no certainty – or even any real idea – about when business might resume and start getting the economy fully back on-line.
Markets were already soaring today on the prospect of the Democrats caving in and allowing the Senate stimulus measure to move through the process. The President’s move to set a firm target date for beginning to get the economy moving again will only serve to support that positive sentiment among investors longing for some good news.
As usual, President Trump’s sense of timing yesterday and today was impeccable. Be glad he’s your President.

Your probably right. It will expose that they weren’t doing their jobs they were just using our money to buy votes and stay in office. My Governor Chris Sununu I thought was a great guy. He closed down all the restaurants and hotels but let’s us do takeout which doesn’t do much to help my business or my employees. Then 2 days after he shuts down the state he still collects the rooms and meals tax from the previous month. He could have let the hospitality business keep it and made us use it to pay our employees. But no that Would have helped the unemployed who still can’t get unemployment yet a week later. The state employees come first and it’s disgusting. They could have gotten paid from another means.
I was mistaken and apologized to him. He did however say that he won’t be voting for Trump because of this
