I knew there was something sketchy about Dr. Anthony Fauci. Within the WikiLeaks HRC email files there’s a letter from Fauci to Hillary Clinton through her aid/lawyer Cheryl Mills: “Please tell her that we all love her and are very proud to know her.”

The problem is that his politics overshadows his scientific judgement. It has been obvious for some time. It happens to a lot of scientists, and it is always a bad thing, whichever political direction that person leans.

Explains the flat out lie when he contradicted Trump today saying “No” when asked if there was any evidence that chloroquine is effective against coronavirus.

I am a strong believer on term limits for NIH directors. Four years max and then kick them back into academia or let them take an intramural non-supervisory staff job. These guys get in for life and hand out billions of dollars in research grants to their friends.

A quinine based drug similar to chlroquine was used a thousand times on ME whenever I was sick with flu or malaria in India, when I was a kid. And now I will be 80 next month and still kicking azz. It is very effective and left no bad long lasting effects on me. But it is very bitter to taste.
