This asshole is against enforcing immigration laws, essentially encouraging illegal drug trafficking, and the state no longer has mental institutions to care for the rest of the homeless.
Everything coming out of Sacramento defies common sense.

What with the drug and alcohol use, and likely other factors, they won’t even be making it to the hospital. They’ll be dying in the streets like we saw in China.
I suppose that the only reason that it hasn’t hit there yet, is that there’s likely very little contact between the homeless population and the rest of the world. But it’s just a matter of time.
There won’t be enough beds for homeless virus patients in California because the beds will already be occupied by illegal aliens.

Anyway, I'm starting to see camps drastically expand and loner camps disassemble. Can't have the suppliers of beer and drugs travel so far in such troubling times, so they're gathering together to ‘protect’ themselves. Most vow to ignore any orders to retreat to government shelters.

I thought street cleaning in California was forbidden. Power-washing the sidewalks was deemed racist - it reminded a race baiter politician of fire hoses once used on blacks during the civil rights movement era.
