Chris Evans has slammed President Trump in a tweet over his handling of the coronavirus crisis.
The actor, 38, reacted to Sunday's coronavirus press briefing when Trump made some remarks then left, tweeting: 'The president just ran off stage after his rambling press conference without answering a single question.'
'America wants answers. America wants leadership,' Evans said.
'America doesn’t want a president who runs off stage during a crisis and lets Mike Pence do all the talking.'

If anything, the President has gotten out front of this virus situation by advising Americans to socially isolate themselves to a degree that the economy will be affected.
The choice the President faced was to be proactive (as he has been) or underplay/underlead in this situation in hopes it will prove to be less problematic and will blow over shortly.
It is the President's proactivity (which I believe is the right move) that has lead to the collapse of the stock market.
As an addendum, note that if the virus emergency does end quickly, the stock market will recover just fine.
