Tri-State Cases Nearly Quadruple in Days More results from state-run testing for the novel coronavirus continue to come in, and as a result, the tri-state is seeing the number of confirmed cases increase exponentially with each passing day

The number of novel coronavirus cases in the tri-state area more than tripled between between late Friday and Tuesday, from 49 cases to 186 New York was up to at least 173 cases statewide, 36 of them in the five boroughs, as of Tuesday afternoon; the lion's share of those cases are in Westchester County New Jersey had 11 positive samples that had been sent to the CDC for confirmation, and Gov. Murphy declared a state of emergency; Connecticut saw its second presumptive positive as well Those measures include deploying National Guard troops to a Health Department command post and setting up a satellite testing facility and one-mile containment area in the city. To date, Westchester County has seen 108 confirmed COVID-19 cases; that's 58 percent of all tri-state cases.

Those numbers are unreliable. Iranians are dropping dead n the streets. Thousands are going to die in Italy. They shut things down. We haven’t but need to.
