A federal judge on Thursday sharply criticized Attorney General William Barr’s handling of the report by the special counsel, Robert Mueller, saying that Barr put forward a “distorted” and “misleading” account of its findings and lacked credibility on the topic.
Judge Reggie Walton said Barr could not be trusted and cited “inconsistencies” between his statements about the report when it was secret and its actual contents that turned out to be more damaging to President Donald Trump. Walton said Barr’s “lack of candor” called “into question Attorney General Barr’s credibility and, in turn, the department’s” assurances to the court.

He was a FISA Court Judge until 2015. Probably great friends with all the crooks sitting on the bench there. Should be forced to recuse himself from EVERYTHING.

Actually, this time it was a Bush (43) appointment in 2001. However, it should be noted that he was a FISA judge from May 19, 2007 to May 19, 2014, so he DEFINITELY has bias AGAINST Barr for that very reason.

He was nominated by Reagan (Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia), HW Bush (same position) and W Bush (Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia). Then he was nominated to the FISC by, you guessed it, John Roberts. He is now a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
W’s pick of judges wasn’t much better than the Kenyanesian Usurper.
