Of course ANY ‘gun control’ is infringement. Including ‘having’ to obtain a permit with the sheriff’s permission to carry a firearm.

For the record, I plan to vote for Bernie when the primary clown show comes to my state.
I think that’s a reasonable course of action for every Trump supporter in the nation.

Sanders should be asked how the Bolsheviks (his apparent heroes) would have successfully overthrown their government if they didn't have guns. How did Marx envision the 'workers revolution' happening, if they workers didn't have weapons for their revolution?
The Bolsheviks did have guns, of course, but after seizing power they confiscated the guns of the rest of the populace - just like Bernie is advocating, and just like all dictatorships do.
Hell here I was thinking to by an official full auto assault weapon, the FERAL Government pretty much regulates those.
It also enforces the law with 1000 bureaucratic deep state operatives called the BATFE.
