The vagrant whose alleged threats got a homeless outreach nonprofit to flee the transit hub in fear last weekend was holding court — and spewing hate at cops — there Thursday.

Eugene Watts was spotted sipping a brown-bag beer in the station one day after The Post reported that embattled nonprofit Bowery Residents Committee up and abandoned its satellite office there because he allegedly threatened to shoot workers.

BRC is under contract with Amtrak to run the outreach office to help the dozens of homeless people who frequent Penn Station on a regular basis.

BRC has a separate contract with the MTA to run a similar office at Grand Central Terminal at a cost of more than $2 million a year.

Amtrak didn’t respond to questions about why its officers let Watts go, but a spokesman said in a statement that BRC is still providing outreach services to the homeless at the station.

One woman in the terminal wearing a BRC shirt was seen walking right past a homeless man sleeping on the floor with his pants half down.

Asked why she didn’t check on the vagrant, she said she was doing “a walk-through” and referred questions to BRC CEO Muzzy Rosenblatt, who did not respond to requests for comment.

No matter the crime, Cuomo and Blasio want them to walk.

Dogs who bite feeding hands should be caged or put down, if you get my drift.

Amtrak was a heavily (not sure how much now) subsidized organization. BRC may just be gettin some of that free money without the bother of needing to proved results.

Because NYC's "bail reform" will let him out before the ink is dry on the arrest form.

Well gee. Is anybody really surprised? Between Commies having taken over the DAs office and Mayor Douche-Nozzle’s war on the cops this should come as no surprise at all. The good, hardworking, productive citizens of NYC are getting hosed by the hour and they seem to be totally good with that crap.

Oh, well.

Sigh.

It isn’t NY City’s bail reform. This garbage is statewide.

It is CUOMO’S bail reform.

NY is a big place, and thanks to Cuomo and his downstate support it is a screwed up royal mess.

Sounds like it’s either time to move or burn Albany to the ground.

So one deranged dangerous homeless guy can hold us all hostage, so to speak? We aren’t even allowed to deal properly with one clearly dangerous individual?????..

If you sit down for a cup of coffee in Penn Station NYC, You will meet a stream of professional beggars. You ignore them, they move on. You will also meet a smaller stream of crazies. You ignore them, and they may flip out and try to hurt you. They are truly homicidal crazies looking to extort everyone they meet. It is criminal of the authorities to not be taking them for isolation and treatment.

The best advice is, most of the bad guys are slow, so you should keep moving briskly, and stay with the crowd.

The solution for the “homeless” is compassionate euthanasia.

The best advice is to move away from ANY LIB-run or LIB-infested area.

Not until it kills or seriously injures someone.

My wife was physically attacked outside her office building by a crazy wacko 2 years ago. The police said they could do nothing because they didn’t see it. My wife’s best friend had the same experience walking to work. No action taken.

Patrols at night with clubs could take care of these creatures.
