Yeah, I couldn’t figure out the early vote for a caucus and asked about that a few days ago. That makes no sense because a caucus is designed for a preliminary vote to gauge strength, then a final vote after horsetrading to get the best candidates. Really dumb to do early voting because the votes are “locked” then. Might as well just do a primary instead of a caucus.

I think Warren will stick it out until the end as the “womyn” in the race—and she should be able to tap other EMILY’s list type money to keep the campaign afloat (though perhaps not that competitive).

Btw—how many Freepers know what the EMILY acronym means?
(Only true politics geeks know that one... :-) )

Sanders’ support level is at no higher than 30% of the dems. If he’s nominated, do you really think those many millions of independents and moderates invested in this powerful economy are going to vote for a guy who intends to derail it?

Buttigieg might catch Biden for 2nd, pushing Biden to 3rd. We’ll see.

Agreed—the interesting race is for second place.

Sanders looks like he win most of the state’s delegates.

I agree about Lieawatha since she has the most radical policies closest to Angry Berd so in theory she could siphon off some of his support. But she is a terrible candidate and has ran a horrible campaign. Buttplug will probably go limp as the minority vote ramps up. Amy is a non starter, along with the rest of them. That only leaves Soda Boy in the mix because of his money. It will all shake out soon after Super Tuesday I think.

Also critical is whether any other candidate reaches 15 percent, and the margin of Sanders’ victory.

Works for me!

I saw these ladies with their banner walking the crowd lines at the Phx, AZ, Trump rally.

I started to ask them why they were still Democrats, but decided against it in the end.

The parking lot directly behind them filled completely up with Trump supporters, and then when the organizers ran out of room, the line was stretched out towards the Coliseum, where it was necessary to compress the line back and forth corral style, to accommodate the thousands of people that showed up late in the day. Most of them never had a chance of getting inside the venue.

Had to google to find this new chestnut of knowledge...

“The name “EMILY’s List” was an acronym for “Early Money Is Like Yeast” (i.e., it makes the dough rise). The saying is a reference to a convention of political fundraising that receiving major donations early in a race is helpful in attracting other, later donors.”

Trump won 44.9% of the popular vote in the 2016 GOP primaries. He won 24% in Iowa, 35% in N.H., 33% in SC, and 46% in NV.

Bernie’s 30% support among Dems now will be much higher if he wins the nomination.

Bernie might as well invite the 1980 Soviet hockey team to his victory rally.

There goes all of my respect for CW.
I am just now finding out he is a neverTrumper.
Maybe I forgot. Selective memory. But another bubble burst.

I just HATE when someone I like proves themselves to be a jerk.

This is hysterical...

Per CNN: Bernie Bros are really Russian bots/dupes/hacks.

Wonder how Bernie Bros feel about being dissed by their own enemedia...

CNN is babbling about Russia and Bernie Sanders.

I haven’t watched them since they started trashing candidate Trump in 2016.

They are dumber than Neanderthals—incurably stupid!
