A female inmate at an Illinois women’s prison is suing the prison after she alleged she was raped by a transgender inmate and that the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) conducted a sham investigation of her report.

this is another one of those headlines that needs to be put through the “non-PC Jargon Common Sense English Translator.”
This isn’t a comment on this woman’s suit- just a general observation on the whole idiotic transgender nonsense-
isn’t feminism great? Feminists wanted for years to Turn men into women to make ‘everyone equal’, and now that men are pretending to be women, beating them in sports- raping them in prisons, assaulting them in restrooms- the feminists don’t like the results- The funny thing is that they can’t blame it on ‘male toxicity’ anymore-
It’s not too hard: IDOC put a man in the women’s prison and he raped a woman, and the rape victim is suing the prison for coercing her into withdrawing her rape accusation.
Now why would any trans woman do that? They really ARE women, aren’t they? < / sarcasm >
Like the time a lesbian was rsped by guy who, at the time conveniently self identified as a woman, in the women’s restroom at the Stonewall Inn, of all places, site of the infamous Stonewall uprising. The irony of it all.
All of the politicians and govt. admins who agreed that men should be put in women’s prisons - should all be hanged.
Every single one of them.
As for the rapist, assuming the evidence is basically incontrovertible, HE should be burned alive.

You’d think that a guy in a women’s prison would have plenty of cooperating partners......
If I ever have to do prison time, I’ll make sure to transgender after the guilty verdict.
Who raped who? I was a correctional officer in a women’s prison for three years and if there was a man living among them they’d be lined up waiting their turn. He’d be begging to be put in a male facility pdq.
Seems to me that castration and release would work; and also provide more castrati for Baroque operas.

A DNA test is the ONLY indicator that should be used when deciding where you do your time. PERIOD.
I assume the inmate was picked by the rapist because she was not interested in him.
PERIODs are pretty reliable to. But DNA is better.
Anytime I’m faced with prison I’m identifying as “innocent”.
