NASCAR named Trump the grand marshal of the Daytona500, marking the first time a sitting president has held the honor. Trump AND THe FIRST LADY is planning to take a lap around the track prior to the NASCAR event in the presidential limousine known as The Beast
The U.S. Secret Service will have more than 500 agents on site at the Daytona500 according to people briefed on the security plan, one of the largest presences by the Secret Service in all of American history.

On Fox and Friends this morning, they confirmed that Trump and Melania are going to take a lap around the track in the Beast...to me that will be totally awesome...

I don’t know about its turning ability but on the straight away I’m sure it lives up to its name.
NASCAR knows its audience and has set up a near-perfect pairing Sunday when President Trump gives the command of “Start your engines,” as the grand marshal of the Daytona 500.
The marriage of NASCAR fans and the Republican party has long been in place. Many of the RVs parked in the spacious infield have Trump flags flying on the top of their vehicles. There are life-size cutouts of the president and Trump look-alikes at the races this week.
When Clinton gave the start command, the crowd was chanting “Bush, Bush” for incumbent President George H.W. Bush. Winner Darrell Waltrip showed up in the winner’s circle wearing a “Bush/Quayle ‘92” pin.

Good question. I read it has to go 66 mph to stay on the slope. Wonder if it has enough fuel to make a lap at 70 mph. The thing in massively heavy.

I’m sure the Beast can exceed 66 mph, but you could ride around the bottom on the apron and be sure not to have any issues...
