Calling President Trump a "would-be dictator," Joe Scarborough claimed on today's Morning Joe that if he could "get away with it," Trump would arrest Mika and him, and every other journalist he didn't like, and throw them in jail to silence them.

I watched a recent Roy Cohn documentary on a long flight last week. It was quite a hit piece on Roy, who no doubt did some scummy things. Secondarily, it was also more than a bit of a hit piece on Trump.
Interestingly, a Rosenberg grandson was the director. That was one thing Cohn got right. If the Rosenbergs were brought back to life, they should be fried again for giving nuclear secrets to the Russians.
Pair annoyed: Mika and Joe.
If President Trump was going to have anybody arrested (and he does not have discretionary authority), it would not be at such a low-level, non-influential pair as these two.
Morning Joe has a daily audience only a small part of that of Rush Limbaugh, and rambles out pretty far into the weeds most days. Whatever values Joe had in the past, he has long deserted them.
Joe needs to be arrested, but not for his ‘journalism’.
