Federal Prosecutors Recommend 67-Yr-Old Roger Stone Serve 7-9 Years in Prison for Process Crimes in Mueller Witch Hunt
GP ^ | 02/10/20 | Jim Hoft

Roger Stone was dragged into court ONLY because he is a prominent Republican activist who supported Donald Trump!

His Process Crimes!
Count 1: Obstructing a congressional investigation
Count 2: Lying to Congress

We just witnesses several Democrats and far left operatives — including Adam Schiff — lying to Congress about a Trump phone call with Ukraine.
They will not be sent to prison.

1. Surely there is something that the AG can do - after all, this entire investigation is manifestly based on NOTHING - even Mueller found that the “dossier” (i.e. made up political propaganda, produced by a guy that the FBI itself stopped dealing with because he had no credibility!!!) was bogus, and that the Trump campaign did NOTHING to cooperate with Russia. So, because the FBI and the rest of the DoJ refused to properly investigate this BS “evidence” or, if they did, refused to bring out that it was a fraud from Day One - for THAT reason, ANYONE who was charged with any process crime should have their case dropped (that would be Stone); if already convicted (Manafort and Flynn), they should have their records expunged. All legal expenses and lost salary should be paid by the DoJ to these folks.

2) Barring that, Trump should just pardon the lot of them.

Either way, the Leftists will scream bloody murder...and that would be a further reward for every right-thinking individual in the nation, besides having the morally correct thing done.

I am WAAAAY tired of having average people, or even somewhat above-average people, subject to the full weight of the entire US justice system - being broken financially and emotionally, and often ending up in prison, while the truly powerful can do any old thing that they can think up and face NO FREAKING CONSEQUENCES. Roger Stone, Paul Manafort and General Flynn are perfect examples - along with the Clintons, Comey, Brennan and the rest of the utter scumbages on the other side - of this dual standard of justice. You know what a dual standard of justice really is? It is prima facie evidence that you are a Turd World nation, even if you have nice houses, cars, refrigerators and nationwide wifi.

I am very sorry for your loss...and I strongly suspect that the lack of certainty in this case is almost as horrible to endure as not having your brother around - almost.

I detest how our system of justice works, but plainly not as much as you do.

He won’t be in prison a month before he’s Arkancided so they don’t have to deal with him anymore.

Does anyone know the specifics of Stone’s supposed crimes? Reporters are so lazy, they never give the exact lie. How did they know Stone was lying? That seems like a pretty hard thing to prove conclusively.

I expect he will after the election. It really is a disgrace DOJ is still pursuing it.

It’s a disgrace to let innocent man languish in prison for a year for political reasons. Sometimes you just have to flop your crank on the table and do the right thing

I think it is a safe bet that President Trump is going to issue a lot of pardons after the election, but I don’t think he should wait. It is not like the democrats and their media lapdogs are going to get any more hysterical in expressing their Trump derangement syndrome. If anything, it would only help Trump’s re-election.

Why isn’t President Trump stepping in here and telling the DOJ to drop all the charges? And then firing any and all who participated in this farce?

Continued prosecution of this is literally insane.

I expect Stone to get closer to the 9 years. “On February 18, 2019, Stone posted on Instagram a photo of the federal judge overseeing his case, Amy Berman Jackson, with what resembled rifle scope crosshairs next to her head. Later that day, Stone filed an apology with the court. Jackson then imposed a full gag order on Stone, citing her belief that Stone would “pose a danger” to others without the order.”—Wikipedia
