Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who made waves as a witness during the Trump impeachment proceedings, was fired Friday by the National Security Council and escorted off of the White House grounds, Fox News has confirmed.
Vindman was on detail to the National Security Council from the Department of Defense, and it is expected he will return there. It comes just two days after President Trump was acquitted in the Senate on the impeachment charges brought by the House last year over his dealings with Ukraine.

In a lengthy statement, Vindman’s attorney, David Pressman, confirmed that Vindman had been escorted out of the White House on Friday.

One thing has certainly been revealed in the last 3 years. The DC permanent bureaucracy and deep state are an unelected 4th branch of government.
Any future President must certainly fire the entire top levels of the CIA, DOJ and FBI on day one - and declare it all well in advance.

The scumbag should have followed the Presidents orders and intent, or he should have voiced his objection to his chain of command (which he failed to do).
Hope he got a relief for cause OER and is assigned to the bowels of the Pentagon to write draft SOPs. With further assignment to personally monitor Russia from the Aleutians.
Were you in the military? This guy was relieved of duty. I believe he will either resign under threat of court martial or if he doesn’t resign he will be court martialed, reduced in rank and handed his walking papers.
Any officer relieved of duty for cause has effectively seen his career ended.
