Vindman needs a courts-martial for several UCMJ violations such as lying under oath, disrespect to the President, actions unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman and other violations due to his actual insubordination and conspiracy.

This is absolutely true. Documented cases of being relieved of duty or command for dereliction of duty, for example.
A nuclear missile submarine’s commander was relieved of command for being late to a mid ocean rendezvous point S. of Iceland. This was an SSBN, ballistic missiles w/ nuclear warheads. Ship had a critically injured/ill crewman who could not be treated by the physician on board. The chopper flew all the way out (just enough fuel to get back) and then had to wait (while the Soviets watched, listened and wondered). So the captain gave away the location by being late. Result:
Relieved of command and also from service in the US Navy.
Vindman no way as serious as this, but in a different way, just as important as to chain of command and compromising national security in so doing.

Why does a LTC need to have an attorney .... who is paying? Connected high priced mouth pieces don’t gravitate towards LTCs without payment and approval.
