Sorry to see him go, but great that he lived until 103!
Wow he must have seen so much in his life.
LtJG Kirk Douglas

One of my favorite actors (I watch old movies). Does anyone know what kind of Jew he was? Maybe Orthodox?
Rest in peace, Issur Danielovitch. Thanks for the wonderful entertainment - you were one of the best - and condolences to your family.
Typical Hollywood lib of his era, but a great actor nonetheless.
Kirk Douglas was a presence. A real star.
RIP
The last time I saw him, it was on an episode of ‘Touched By An Angel’ back in 2000. He did a great job on this, even after his stroke.
Rest in Peace, sir.
Loved him in Man From Snowy River. Played two characters.
RIP
Favorite Kirk Douglas movie was ‘The Final Countdown’.
“last of the golden age”
Last?
Last I knew Olivia deHavilland is still alive, and she’s more solidly in the Golden Age than Douglas!
