No sooner had President Donald Trump finished his State of the Union address than House Speaker Pelosi ripped the paper it was printed on in two.
Right there, on camera, behind Trump’s back. As he stepped down, she ripped again. Then a third time. And a fourth.
In case any confusion remained, Pelosi held up what remained of the address to her family in the gallery, in full view of reporters.

The Democrats have been scoring petty little points like this for decades. The difference is that Trump is willing to smack them back. No previous Republican was willing to do that. This little stunt will blow up in Nancy’s face just like they all have since Trump came down that escalator.
Lolz, that ended well for Chamberlain....not.
Nancy Pelosi defeats her own argument for tearing up the speech by the fact that she clapped several times, like when the 100-year old Tuskegee Airman was honored. So it just makes her look indecisive (in addition to looking infantile) for her to suddenly tear up the speech.
I hope Trump does it himself after they are voted down. Or would that be counter productive with Pelosi looking like a child?

Nonsense. Shaking the Vice-President's and the Speaker's hand is as traditional as introducing the president with the words "high honor and distinct privilege". Neither Trump or Pelosi followed protocol and not doing so was a deliberate act by both.
I bet she wouldn’t tear upthe communist manifesto. She probably has it framed in her house with an alter and makes sacrifices to Baal.

According to the communists, truth is what they say it is. Democrats ignore science and economic realities, to declare their versions.
The communist solutions are always to find something petty to criticize and justify taking over, healthcare for example, and restructuring it (single payer, e.g.) to fit their flawed version of reality, only to totally destroy the moribund system with corruption and incompetence. Of course they blame you for their failures.
She just made a fool of herself.
I think she had already insulted him with the brusque introduction instead of the traditional rather elaborate phrase, so that might have been the reason he didn’t shake her hand. But I’m not sure he even saw her hand, because she only put it out at the last minute and he probably assumed she wasn’t going to offer it.
It was probably an attempt to upstage him.
Trump keeps triggering them and they keep falling for it. He makes them try to keep their voting base by their useless antics and his successes make them look like the fools they are.

The optics were terrible. Democrats manage to hurt themselves in ways Trump can’t hurt them.
President Trump was a class act last night. The Speaker wasn’t.

The Left will, of course, characterize her as some kind of patriot, but the truth is, she has mismanaged an inherently dishonest Leftist process from the beginning and damaged herself, her party, and our country.

And she doesn’t have reality on her side.
She painted her entire party into a corner, and her only choices are to double down on stupidity, and she knows it.
