Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-GA) called on current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to be censured for ripping up a copy of President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday evening.
“As Speaker of the House for four State of the Unions by a President of the other party I am disgusted and insulted by the viciously partisan action of Nancy Pelosi tearing up the speech,” Gingrich wrote. “She isn’t clever or cute her childishness insults our American traditions -should be censured.”
Pelosi made the spectacle of tearing up the speech at the conclusion of the president’s remarks as he received applause from lawmakers. In addition to tearing up his speech, the speaker snubbed the president by introducing him into the House chamber as the “The President of the United States.” It is customary for the speaker to welcome the president with the language: “I have the high privilege and distinct honor of presenting to you the President of the United States.” Following the slight, the president appeared to snub an attempt by the speaker to shake his hand.

I watched the movie about these pilots, several times in fact.,....what a story indeed! Loved every bit of their determination to excel....and they surely did all of that and then some.

this is a trap-the more we talk about it the more it takes focus off the positives in the speech, much like talking about impeachment instead of a good economy
Seems like Nancy is not happy with the news that the USA is doing so well. She would rather there wasn’t such good news for the American people.

Nancy would rather have torn up the Constitution but couldn’t get an original.
Nancy suffers from dementia. It wasn’t just reading paper after the speech: she was distracted and irritable for the entire time the camera was on her. The worst part is the impression she is leaving of older people.
Or maybe she was preparing to put the paper down on the sidewalks in her district so she doesn’t have to step in illegal alien poop.
Time for the dems to put her out to pasture.
This was pre-planned just like the “all white” for the women. The introduction, the white outfits, the outburst by the women wearing the white outfits and the tearing up of the speech were planned and probably rehearsed.

Pelosi is the leader of the Clown Show that is the current Democrat Party. They are playing the the very worst of their rapidly eroding “base”.
