This is Race to Dinner. A white woman volunteers to host a dinner in her home for seven other white women – often strangers, perhaps acquaintances. (Each dinner costs $2,500, which can be covered by a generous host or divided among guests.)
A frank discussion is led by co-founders Regina Jackson, who is black, and Saira Rao, who identifies as Indian American. They started Race to Dinner to challenge liberal white women to accept their racism, however subconscious. “If you did this in a conference room, they’d leave,” Rao says. “But wealthy white women have been taught never to leave the dinner table.”
Rao and Jackson believe white, liberal women are the most receptive audience because they are open to changing their behavior. They don’t bother with the 53% of white women who voted for Trump. White men, they feel, are similarly a lost cause. “White men are never going to change anything. If they were, they would have done it by now,” Jackson says.

White women are the weak link, and the left knows it. That is why you will hear the endless leftist mantra: Women and Minorities, Women and Minorities over and over again. It’s been drilled into their heads that they have to date blacks or they’re racists. That is why the left has waged a 60 year campaign to divide white women from white men. You don’t see the left attempting to divide black women from black men or Hispanic women from Hispanic women, it’s always white women being turned against white men, even if it means turning them against their husbands, sons, fathers, uncles, cousins.
Yeah, but don’t expect to be recognized as someone who helped blacks get of prison, get a job, and caused their standard of living to expand.
Good point, but not really determinative. Pocahonkey's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Even if there were white privilege, she'd have claimed to be a minority anyway.
It’s more like Racism Conversion. They think if they do this, it takes away their racism in the yes of their peers. Instead, it just makes it acceptable.
In some ways, White liberals are like slave owners. They feel that blacks are not able to fend for themselves and that they are happier on the plantation. That’s why they sing and dance from joy. They are happy because of the benevolence of the Master. All the Master requires of them is work(voting) and loyalty(supporting their causes). They don’t want to use the lash but an insurrection would hurt everyone so it is sometimes required.
People like the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan have voiced such things which is why you don’t hear much from him anymore.

Ran unsuccessfully in the 2017 Democratic primary for a Congressional seat in Colorado, “fighting for my constituents for issues like a woman’s right to choose, reversing global warming and holding the Trump administration accountable.” ...After her primary defeat, Rao said that she was ready to “give up” on white people, blaming them for her loss. Before her loss, Rao also wrote an open letter to the Democratic party in the Huffington Post, ripping them for not doing enough to combat racism.
