My guess is that the polls show Slo-Joe is in 4th-5th place.

My thoughts exactly!
Bernie’s in first place.
The Des Moines Register, CNN and Selzer & Co. have made the decision to not release the final installment of the CNN/Des Moines Register/Mediacom poll as planned this evening.
Nothing is more important to the Register and its polling partners than the integrity of the Iowa Poll. Today, a respondent raised an issue with the way the survey was administered, which could have compromised the results of the poll. It appears a candidates name was omitted in at least one interview in which the respondent was asked to name their preferred candidate.
While this appears to be isolated to one surveyor, we cannot confirm that with certainty. Therefore, the partners made the difficult decision to not to move forward with releasing the Iowa Poll.
The Register has published the Iowa Poll for 76 years, and it is considered the gold standard in political polling. Selzer & Co., which conducts the poll, is recognized for its excellence in polling. It is imperative whenever an Iowa Poll is released that there is confidence that the data accurately reflects Iowans opinions.
Go, Joe, Go.
It must be a real stinker for the DemonRats. :)
CNN covers for the Democrat Party.
The Iowa polls are completely useless because of the two step process that drives the caucus decision. The first round has the participants align with their first choice of candidate. The second round forces all those who aligned with candidates that got less than 15% of the vote to make a second choice among those candidate who received more than 15%. This completely distorts any information that might be learned from asking people what their first choice will be.
Boy, that news company sure has their ‘picks’ and lies like a rug, whether through a bald faced lie or through omission.
So typical, CNN. So predictable.
Hillary is just hoping they’ll beg her to run...
Yep. I predicted earlier that Bernie would win the first 3, Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada. Joe will win SC, but the damage will have been done. Super Tuesday will likely be his end, though he won’t drop out just yet. He knows there is hope that the party will help him out.
LOL:
The most important, most anticipated public opinion poll in politics will be out on Saturday night.
But taking for granted the breathless media coverage that will accompany CNN has scheduled an entire hour of programming to its release the polling industry is urging everyone to take a deep breath.
The hype surrounding this year’s pre-caucus poll is palpable, and for good reason. The Des Moines Register/CNN/Medicom survey of likely Iowa Democratic caucus-goers doesn’t only capture the state of play in the all-important first voting state. It has the power to fuel a candidate’s 11th-hour momentum or damage a contender who under-performs expectations. J. Ann Selzer, the Iowa-based pollster who has worked for the Register for decades, is a minor celebrity in politics and widely regarded as one of the top survey researchers in the country.

Because theres no way Bernie could win vs Trump. Please, Democrats, run your most extreme nutcase.
Good info in that post, Thanks.
The Des Moines Register is horrible! It’s so leftist, and it’s evident in every story they write. They hit every sob story and lefty scare story. Not once do they ask a probing question but dutifully regurgitate whatever they hear from any bureaucrat pushing for more funding.
When will a reporter ask the unemployed parents with 6 kids why they kept having kids they couldn’t afford to support or why their teenagers don’t have part-time jobs? How about why they have a big screen TV and an X-box if they need help with their electric bill? Or ask the school administrators how they spend the money they get now? It’s infuriating.
“What are they hiding?”
The Russians are coming! The Russians are coming!
Yep, that’s what I hear.
Bootygig? Is cornhole that popular in Iowa?
So who did McGovern have to beat to run against Nixon in ‘72?
