Harvesting human organs from prisoners tells us China is bad.

That is true. And that started decades before the new Chinese concentration camps. They used to specify the organs would be harvested "from a non-smoker only."

I used to think when I heard that , show me some Chinese people who are non-smokers. I knew two out of maybe twenty or so through the years at work. That's just my experience, though.

China is surely governed by breathtakingly evil men. China is also a Third World cesspool. Its Third World status would easily explain the spread of this virus (just think Ebola).

It's a VIRUS. Antibiotics don't work on viruses.

“What’s a million Chinese?”

Living, breathing human beings with hopes and dreams made in God’s Image like everyone on this planet.

“Ok so a million people die. What’s a million Chinese?”

That’s a million moms, dads, kids, brothers, sisters, best friends, co-workers, neighbors. That’s people with talents, abilities, some beautiful, some not, but all unique and all gifted with a soul.

For years and years, China and the Chinese have been raping the world of some of its most rare and endangered species. All to satisfy their predilection to eat exotic animals and substances derived thereof, in order to enhance their libido or virility ( as if there aren’t enough of them already) Now, it is coming back to bite them. These extinction purveyors are getting some of their own medicine. Personally, it will not bother me much if 80% of the Chinese disappear. Karma

The word is Satanic! I just hope enough of their people get hit with it for a Tiananmen Square uprising so bad that even these Commie bastards can quell it..due to half their force having the disease. They are front line to all this!

Large swaths of China are premodern in their hygiene and personal habits and have only a dim understanding of how germs and a lack of cleanliness spread disease. Moreover, in rural China, humans and farm animals live close together without proper sanitation. They thereby facilitate the development of new human viral illnesses from animal viruses and the recombination of two or more viruses into new, more deadly viral strains. In short, China is not so much bad or evil as that many of its people are poor, dirty, ignorant, and backward.

A virus is much better optics than tanks for stopping the Hong Kong protest, can’t have another Tiananmen Square like ‘89.

Antibiotics are directed at bacterial pathogens. They are useless for viruses. A limited number of antivirals directed at impairing viral replication exist with inconsistent performance. Vaccines directed against viral antigens take a couple weeks for the recipient to generate an effective titer of antibody. If the virus mutates in a way that changes the antigenic target, the virus is no longer subject to intervention by the existing antibody. We’re early in the process of finding a stable target antigen on this new corona virus.

The virus isn’t killing them nearly as much as pneumonia is.

And that’s a bacterial infection.

Well I was wrong. There is viral pneumonia.

We’re all gonna die :)

There goes a week of being calm about this :)
