How can they have trampled on the Constitution when Pelousi has spent her entire political career using it as a tampon ?
She has to have a way to say the whole senate process was tainted so she doesn’t get drawn and quartered by the base.

I’ve said for months that they are like the car thief being chased by cops in those videos. Once the chase starts, everyone knows it’s not going to end well for the driver of the stolen car, but they never stop. They always end up against a tree, or sandwiched between cop cars riddled with bullets.
This chase is very close to that point. The desperation is tangible.

This can work over and over and over, because the press and the senate play along as though the articles are serious in the first place.
