Hillary Clinton has now twice snubbed a process server attempting to deliver the defamation lawsuit filed against her by Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, according to Gabbard’s attorney.
“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” the congresswoman’s attorney, Brian Dunne, told The Post. “But I guess here we are.”
Dunne said their process server first attempted to effect service at Clinton’s house in Chappaqua on Tuesday afternoon — but was turned away by Secret Service agents.
The agents directed the server to Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, who on Wednesday claimed at his Washington, DC, firm, Williams & Connolly, that he was unable to accept service on Clinton’s behalf, said Dunne.

You said she doesn’t fit in and doesn’t mindlessly adhere to party line. I was just trying to determine which of those policies she “doesn’t fit in.”
The fact she annoys the party bosses from time to time is a bit entertaining, but as in the cases of resisting Trump’s impeachment and not partaking in debates, she tends to flip-flop closer to party orthodoxy.
She is not a problem for the Democrats, she is exactly what the Democrats need to destroy the Military. Since Tulsi Gabbard is a member of the Hawaii Army National Guard she is “Pushing the Boundaries of the Law” as it pertains to the verbally the attacking the President when in uniform in any capacity. As such,
Major Gabbard has publicly criticized the Commander in Chief, aka one President Trump when she is wearing her Political Rank.
I for one find it impossible for her to attack the president in any capacity while serving as a US Army Military Officer. You are on duty 24 hours a day and your oath of allegiance to the United States of America includes said allegiance to the President.
Yes, she is right now setting legal precedence for Service Members to speak out against the President/Commander in Chief.
She needs to be given the option to Resign Now. She should be Court Martialed or given a Bad Conduct Discharge for her public challenges to the Military Code of Justice and the rules for service members that they cannot attack their superiors.

You can just suffer a tragic accident, or get robbed at strange hours of the night (many hours after you left a bar and no one saw you, but none of your possessions are taken), or you could just suffer a strange and sudden heart failure after visiting a bar in NY for a short period, and you can run out into the street as if in a panic before dropping over.
Though I do like the fact she’s getting under Hillary’s skin.

Unless there is a statute to the contrary, it could have been handed to the SS personnel. Decades ago, I left one under the windshield wiper as the def told his driver to not stop and idled by. Followed him all the way to SFO where the driver removed it.

You’re probably right since Tulsi is a public figure (Sullivan v NY Times)...but if she can prove “actual malice”, she may have a shot at prevailing. Then enforce the judgment against Hillary’s alter ego, the Clinton Foundation. What a hoot that would be!
I wonder if her hiding from process servers would keep her from running for president.
Read her history, she’s done some good things with her father who is more conservative. Her positions have changed over time like those of Reagan and Trump have, both of whom were once Democrats. She also did the ethical thing and gave up her House seat to run for President.

Wrong. “Soldiers and airmen in the National Guard of the United States are subject to the UCMJ only if activated (mobilized or recalled to active duty) in a Federal capacity under Title 10 by an executive order issued by the President, or during their Annual Training periods”. I’m not aware of her making any statements during those periods.
Rules of the Hawaii National Guard vary by state. Contempt Against Officials does not apply except as above.

Yeah, I guess aside from Tulsi wanting your guns, babies, and freedom, she's basically a female Trump/Reagan.
What a hideous, childish comparison. Gabbard doesn't know what the hell she is. And this lawsuit is nothing more than a publicity stunt to keep her name in the news. Gee, I'm surprised Hillary didn't invite her in for coffee while she was served. The number of rubes taken in by Gabbard is amazing.
But she is also the same sort of communist Bernie Sanders is, and has just as much potential to attempt a bloody revolution.
Somebody needs to find out how The Secret Service can turn away a legal process server. Is that part of their job?
Not now. Give her a few years. She's not destined to age well. That said, I wouldn't kick her out of bed right now. LOL
Tulsi will soon be veering into cougar territory.
