Hillary Clinton has now twice snubbed a process server attempting to deliver the defamation lawsuit filed against her by Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, according to Gabbard’s attorney.
“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” the congresswoman’s attorney, Brian Dunne, told The Post. “But I guess here we are.”
Dunne said their process server first attempted to effect service at Clinton’s house in Chappaqua on Tuesday afternoon — but was turned away by Secret Service agents.
The agents directed the server to Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, who on Wednesday claimed at his Washington, DC, firm, Williams & Connolly, that he was unable to accept service on Clinton’s behalf, said Dunne.

Tulsi needs to call in on of those TV process servers, they’ll get the job done.
I assume she is dodging it until the hitman fulfills the contract.
Legally I don’t think she has a leg to stand on, politicians always libel one another. But I do enjoy watching her go after Clinton. She is the only Democrat that will openly attack Clinton.
Hillary is clearly above the law and untouchable.

I guess certified mail service isn’t acceptable in her State?? She probably wouldnt sign for it anyway.
All they need to do is catch her in public...and they can drop the papers at her feet if she refuses to take them.

From what I have been able to find out is that, at some point, she will be considered served. And the lawsuit will proceed on that basis.
Hillary is an elitist snob. In her mind the law doesn’t apply to her, she’s above all that.
I just read that in most cases, if the respondent refuses to be served a court summons, that the plaintiff can serve the papers via publication.

I like Tulsi. She is a Democrat that is very problematic for the Democratic party. She doesn’t fit in and doesn’t mindlessly adhere to party line. She makes waves. Two thumbs up, good entertainment.

Considering how the multiple felon who is above the law Hillary was so easily able to take out Epstein in a prison, Tulsi should be locked in a safe at Fort Knox surrounded by a moat filled with sharks with the military and tanks ordered to take out anything that moves within a 10 mile radius
How does a person (ANY person in the US) refuse to be ‘served’?
In itself, that’s criminal.
Hillary knows NOTHING about the law. However....she routinely breaks laws AND threatens others WITH the ‘law’. (BTW-isn’t threatening litigation criminal as well?)
