Legally I don’t think she has a leg to stand on, politicians always libel one another. But I do enjoy watching her go after Clinton. She is the only Democrat that will openly attack Clinton.
However, in this case, Hillary IS not a politician. No matter what definition you use for "IS", she IS NOT currently a politician. She's a private citizen, making tours, writing books and being a pundit. In this case, she stepped on her, um, her, um,...she stepped in it.

You’re probably right since Tulsi is a public figure (Sullivan v NY Times)...but if she can prove “actual malice”, she may have a shot at prevailing. Then enforce the judgment against Hillary’s alter ego, the Clinton Foundation. What a hoot that would be!
