Theres a reason Mitch McConnell has been Senate Majority Leader for the past 13 years: He gets the job done.
And the biggest part of that job is keeping the GOP caucus, however necessary. At this point, he appears to have pulled off the feat once again.

And the RINOs very well may have conspired with the Dems to remove Trump from office, were it not for this:
95% of Republican voters support Trump.
95%!
At the end of the day impeachment will fail because those RINOS fear YOU and ME!
Well Done, Ladies and Gentlemen!
“At the end of the day impeachment will fail because those RINOS fear YOU and ME!”
pretty much ...
I would think that the 3 dem senators running for the nomination would be voting for no witnesses. I can’t imagine them wanting to park their backsides in that boring and time sucking setting for the next few weeks or months.
I agree. Shutting this segment of the Stalinist show trial down with no witnesses is the best bad option available.
Thanks. It also feeds the Leftist’s purposes around the world, playing Trump up as some crook, nobody should like.
The Left in the U. S. is pure evil. There’s just no getting around it. I know you agree about that.
Praying this is true!
Go Mitch Go!!!!
The glummer they get, the happier I get.
Gosh. This’ll cast a shadow on Trump’s presidency. I’m so concerned. Who ever heard of a trial without witnesses./hurl
Ever hear of summary judgment, when no triable issues of fact exist?
Thanks for clarification. And me too.
Go, GOP!
What, did they lock Willard up in a padded cell?

They threatened to take away his chocolate milk.
2015 until now is 13 years? My schools must have taught math really poorly.
If Bolton testifies, I predict it will kill the Dems narrative dead.
McConnell told people to call their senators. I guess they did. Betcha the only hold out will be green-eyed insanely jealous Mitt.
I had hoped your view would prevail. I’m no longer sure.
I’ve had some misgivings about that guy, and that’s admitting that I’ve always had a favorable image of him up until now.
Maybe I was wrong to have a positive image of him.
Thanks for the mention.
Schumer will scream “coverup!!!”
I have some misgivings on him. But I don’t think he’s going to help the Dems at all. (Of course, in life in general, it probably doesn’t help to insult people that you remove from their position.)
Yeah, I know what you’re saying ... and it kind of depresses me.
My consistent comment has been: Yertle may not be everything we might want in an aggressive majority leader. But he’s the leader we’ve got and we could do a lot worse.
Praying that this good news indeed carries the day and soon puts an end to this insanity.
After how the House GOP held strong, it would be awesome to “witness” a comparable solidarity in the Senate.
Cannot wait to vote to reelect our magnificent POTUS—and am becoming more proud by the day now to have become a Republican back in 2016!!!
Smile.
I doubt we know everything that transpired. He may have been kicking up his heels too.
