We were told women don't need men and should be self-sufficient.
Why have western women stopped having babies?
That pretty much sums it up. Also, western culture seems to produce incredibly narcissistic women (and men, for that matter, but especially women). I would not wish on any man most of the woman reaching their 20’s today in the US. Get yourself a Mexican or Asian bride.
To make room for Muslim immigrants.
Yeah, that and that stuff and power are more important.
Perhaps they are unfamiliar with babies. No younger siblings or cousins, no baby-sitting experience, and babies get bad press— too expensive and time consuming.
I was a professional woman before I had babies. I was not familiar with their day to day care. I had to take mommy and me classes to get up to speed. I had no idea how meaningful and happy motherhood could be until I was in it. I just took the plunge with my husband on faith. Then I got into it enough to truly bond closely with each child.
Parenthood is falling in love with your kids and spouse over and over again, often right after you are at your wits end. It’s a great ride, but women don’t know they are fully entitled to take it, and that it is so worth it.
Western men and women have been taught as children that infants and children are tremendous burdens and bothers. They obeyed.
This wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing, I assume it’s overwhelmingly Liberal Women who don’t have kids. Let those evil and defective Liberal genes die out.
Only problems is the 3 M’s (Mexicans, Muslims and Morons) continue to have lots of kids offsetting any benefits.
All capitalist societies are moving in that direction. The world is getting wealthier. I think growing up poor has it’s advantages later in life but wanting a better life means fewer children. I say a $50k tax credit for couples having that 3rd child.
No country experiencing urbanization and development has been able to counter this trend.
Been there,did NOT do that and dodged a helluva bullet.
Last time I posted a PJW video, it was pulled as ‘crap’. We’ll see what happens to this one.
Abortion.
Because Ehrlich’s Population Bomb belief of the late 1960’s was pushed onto us as “settled science”. And women were encouraged to have less purpose in life and told to change their lives into unhappier ones (hence the huge abundance of depression cases), all in the name of “empowerment”.
The wrong incentives...
They stopped having sex.
Heh. you can’t do mail order. You have to get to know them and actually “fall in love”. :)
But an older Boeing engineer getting himself a mail order Asian bride is why Seattle courts got metal detectors. He got her pregnant, then she and her were in court for the divorce. He showed up in the courtroom with a pistol, shot them both dead, and put down the gun.
