A source close to the Trump administration informs Breitbart News that Army Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, a senior ethics lawyer for the National Security Council (NSC), is in charge of reviewing all publications by current and former NSC officials.
The New York Times reported Sunday evening that Bolton’s draft book manuscript, which had been submitted to the NSC for prepublication review on Dec. 30, alleged that President Trump told Bolton in August 2019 that he wanted to withhold security assistance to Ukraine until it agreed to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, among others.
Bolton’s lawyer, Chuck Cooper, issued a statement in which he said: “It is clear, regrettably, from The New York Times article published today that the prepublication review process has been corrupted.”
Yevegeny Vindman is the identical twin brother of Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who is one of Democrats’ key witnesses in the impeachment of President Donald Trump. The brothers have offices across from each other.

Bolton might have a case to sue the guy for devaluing his book. Kinda funny....rules are absolute for anyone who ever held a TS clearance and attempts to write a book. You have to allow a review. I can’t recall any occasion where book reviews got out of control.
I view this jerks as traitors.

Given what has been reported they both appear to be untrustworthy and best suited to other job assignments - like checking BLM fences in Utah or something.

Although the Military Aid was paused for a while, Ukraine was never TOLD it was being delayed, nor was there ever a q-p-q demand made by Trump. And the funds WERE released in September, free and clear. My beady little mind tells me that IF Trump DID tell Bolton what’s being alleged, it was because he didn’t trust Bolton and was testing whether he could keep a “secret”. Bolton failed. Stick a fork in him.
I don’t think Trump is dumb, so I wonder if there’s rats being trapped?
