The Constitution requires a two-thirds supermajority to convict a person being impeached. The Senate enters judgment on its decision, whether that be to convict or acquit, and a copy of the judgment is filed with the Secretary of State.

Yep. Graham made a lot of gaslighting promises as the do-nothing GOP Senate spent months green lighting the coupist hoaxblower impeachment op. He needs to be held accountable for them and his statements must not be put down the memory hole.
I would hope that it will be completed by the SOTU, but the Democrats and media are throwing everything they possibly can to prolong this. As long as McConnell can keep the GOP focused, it will be okay.
