A black transgender woman incarcerated at a men’s state prison has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit claiming she was mistreated during her time behind bars, and was forced to share a cell with a white supremacist as punishment for speaking up about her rights.
Her driver’s license identifies her as a female, she has undergone a breast augmentation procedure, and she takes hormone therapy drugs. The lawsuit claims the harm suffered by the woman amounted to the violation of her civil rights, and demonstrated the discriminatory nature of MCI’s policies toward and treatment of transgender inmates.
The plaintiff in the case was sentenced in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on August, 2018, to 11 months in prison for grand theft and possessing criminal tools charges. She was sent to the Marion Correctional Institution, a medium-security prison in Marion that houses about 2,500 male inmates.
When the woman filed formal complaints with prison administrators, MCI leaders assigned her to be a cellmate with violent offender Joseph Hughey, who is known to have ties to white supremacy groups, according to the lawsuit. Hughey is accused of subjecting the woman to repeated harassment and threats. The plaintiff filed additional complaints with MCI, but nothing changed.
Hughey’s abuse of his cellmate culminated when the man, on two occasions in December, 2018, and January, 2019, sexually assaulted her, according to the lawsuit.

Just substitute "fake" for transgendered.
A "transgendered" woman is a fake woman, i.e. a mutilated male.
Transgendered man is really a chick, transgendered woman is really a dude.

It’s a dude who thought he figured out a way to game the system.. He can still commit crimes, but when sentenced to prison, he’d get sent to the women’s prison with his junk in place.
Only thing is apparently word hasn’t really spread what happens to these guys in women’s prison. Either they’re kept in isolation, or in the hospital ward when the women beat and mutilate the men.
But hey, more entertainment when this guy breaks his parole.
