Thank God! We are on don’t call list, but they robo-call anyway. They use burner phones, often. Mostly, law enforcement is too busy attacking lawful people to deal with actual criminals...
With all the electronic surveillance our government is involved in, these call centers should be located and shut down within days of discovery. The primary role of government is to defend its citizens. These overseas call centers are directly attacking individual Americans in the homeland. Why isn’t the government doing its job of protecting people instead of spying on them?
I posed this question to my GOP Congresswoman. Her answer, “You just don’t understand.” Sadly, she’s been in Washington too long.

I have a much simpler way of dealing with these scum. My phone settings only allow calls/messages from my contacts lists. All other calls go to voice mail. Scammers aren’t going to leave a voice mail.
All these other methods will no work because the scammers use software where their phone number can be anything they want it to be. Blocking numbers is playing whack a mole since they just change numbers.

The communications companies have the ability to shut this stuff down hard. They won’t. They get paid for the services these scammers use and they use billions of dollars worth of communications.
One million dollars is about the average lifetime earnings of a person.

Mrs. Infool7 recently got scammed by these fraudsters
she was overtired after work and not thinking clearly.
We jumped through all the hoops and as embarrassing
as it was reported our loss to all the proper authorities
not really expecting to recoup anything.
We prayed for all the future victims and that the
scoundrels would be caught but accepted God’s will for us.
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine
the whole dam operation would be wrecked.
YES! He works in mysterious ways and apparently

I wonder if the got “IRS Agent Jerry Johnson,” with the heavy Indian accent, who tried to scam me by claiming I owed $32,000 on my 2016 taxes and I was about to be arrested (in fact, agents were on their way to arrest me, even as we spoke). . . but I could settle the matter right now, by paying just $3200 with Amazon gift cards purchased at my local grocery store. Another “agent” would stop by to pick up the cards. I kept him busy while I played with him for about an hour, similar to what I do with the “Windows Corporation” security specialists who call to tell me computer has contacted them to tell them it’s infected and needs them to call me to get it fixed. I can keep those guys running around in circles for some time.
Wanna stop this crap? If it were up to me, all their assets would be seized and then the perps would be hanged in public shown and televised on national television.
