The past participle for “hang” as form of execution is “hanged.” Shirts should be hung in the closet. John Kerry should be hanged by the neck.

The Obama administration gave the government of Iran $1.7 billion. Let’s say Iran increased its spending to support terrorism that year by $1.7 billion. Iran can claim the money received from the USA went to education not terrorism. Tax money was used to fund terrorism, not the US money.
It is the same game played by Planned Parenthood to say it is not using the $500 million given to annually by the US government to fund abortion. Planned Parenthood says other contributions and fees for services are used to fund abortion, not the federal government subsidy. It is a meaningless shell game.
