Increasingly impatient Senate Democrats have started speaking out about their desire for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to turn over impeachment articles.
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) told Politico that House Democrats should move on and send the articles to the Senate.
I think [the trial] needs to start, I really do. I cant tell the House how to do their business. I would never try to tell Speaker Pelosi Let us do what we have to do over here, the red-state Democrat told a Washington Post reporter.
He also acknowledged that Pelosis holdout did accomplish one thing: pushing former national security adviser John Bolton to publicly admit his willingness to testify.

I see Manchin stick his finger in the air again to see which way the wind is blowing.
Pelosi just now said Trump did not make the country safer by taking out the bad guy
It wasn’t the air....................
He’s the Dems’ McCain
There is the issue of Warren, Sanders, and the other polling at 1% Senators missing critical campaign time in IA, NH, and other early states if the trial date keeps getting pushed out.
So, basically:
Joe Manchin, WV
Chris Coons, DE
Doug Jones, AL
Chris Murphy, CT
John Tester, MT
Anus King, ME
Da Nang Dick Blumenthal. CT
Diane Fineswine, CA
That list cannot be ignored.
Pelosi will cave soon.
Watching the Pelosi garbage right now and I’m struck by one thing.
How did they manage to keep that talking stack of bullshit’s pants from exploding in fire? Regardless; she’s stinking up my country.
I’m ready for a divorce from the left permanently and forever. There’s no chance of reconciliation.
I saw one of the House Dem Committee chairs said this morning, she needed to go ahead and send them over to the senate. Then about an hour later, he basically retracted that statement. But Nancy said their was no pressure or vote whipping on this one!!!! Regardless of whether you like Trump or not, or think he is guilty or not, the House has been, and continues to be very unfair. Pelosi, nor any American, would want to be treated this way.
Is anybody watching her press conference on right now? She’s completely loopy. “Pray for peace... football game is all that’s on, sports... Battle of the bulge... Gabby Giffords shot, with a bullet... the 49ers mother of coaches”
Adam Smith already recanted. Pelosi must have gotten to him.
I watched to and that women is certifiably nuts. Something has to give as she is a treat to the country.
“pushing former national security adviser John Bolton to publicly admit his willingness to testify.”
And on the eve of the Senate rules vote. FU Bolton.
Democrat Adam Smith called for Pelosi to send the articles over early today but was soon bitch slapped by the bitch back in line in the house.

There was never any chance this joke of a #seinfeldimpeachment was ever going to get all the democrats in the Senate to support it, let alone reach 67....
Manchin was never going to vote for this crap... And I would expect some of these Shaheen, Jones, Peters and a few others to likely break as well...
We’ll see.
The rats are abandoning the ship.
Every time other denocrats says she should release the articles but she doesn’t, hurts her party and her continuing seat of power.
At some point, she’s either got to give or go down in flames come November.
I’m fine with either.
Exactly! I have been saying all along this is all a show and nothing more. She has no intentions of ever sending the articles to the Senate.
1. She knows that a Senate Acquittal is a Fait Accompli and that by November the "impeachment" will be old news and forgotten.
2. She has this delusional idea that she can hold the Articles over Trump's head like some Sword of Damocles.
The only way these go to the Senate is if there is complete and total open revolt within the Dem Caucus.
Jones definitely will vote to Acquit. He has been talking a more and more conservative game the past few months in a futile attempt to save his Senate Seat. He knows he is basically out in November but has a faint hope the power of incumbency along with a hint of conservatism might fool enough morons to slide by,
The truth is he will be lucky to get within 20 points of the Republican nominee.
